I can not say enough good things about Dante's customer service. I ordered a plaque for my house last year and he patiently helped me design it. A year later, two of the numbers had come off. I asked him how to glue them back on and his answer was sending me a brand new plaque and asking if I wanted different tiles, colors, etc. His work is handmade with quality products and great designing. I'm sure my numbers falling off was not the norm and he went above and beyond to correct the problem.
